Privacy Policy

Contact form — When you send us a message via the Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This is sent by email to our inbox through our email delivery provider. We do not store it in a database.

Analytics — We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate site traffic. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, tracking-related storage (analytics and advertising) is denied by default (Google Consent Mode v2): no analytics cookies are set and no persistent identifier is stored on your device. As with any web request, Google receives your IP address, and Google Analytics may receive limited signals that do not use cookies (such as the page address and browser type) so that consent mode can operate.

Server logs — Our web servers and cloud hosting provider (AWS) automatically log IP addresses, browser user agents, and request timestamps as part of normal infrastructure operation. We do not access or analyse these logs for marketing purposes.

For users in the European Union, we rely on legitimate interests (responding to your message, operating the site) and consent (optional analytics cookies) as our legal bases under GDPR.

For users in India, we comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). You have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data by contacting us.

Contact form messages are retained in our inbox until deleted manually. We review and purge old messages periodically.

On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept optional analytics cookies. If you decline, or make no choice, analytics and advertising storage stay set to denied (Google Consent Mode v2 default) — no tracking cookies are set. Strictly necessary cookies, if any, set by the hosting infrastructure are unaffected by this choice and are always active.

Accepting enables Google Analytics to record aggregate traffic (page views, referrers).

You can withdraw consent at any time — this takes effect immediately for all future page views (it does not retroactively delete data already sent to a tag before withdrawal).

Cookie preferences

We may update this policy as the project evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

INTREXA AXIS is a separate commercial product from INTREXA. Creating an account on it — including agent registration, delegation, and subscription billing — is governed by the INTREXA AXIS Privacy Policy, not this one.
